Work stress seems to be inevitable, especially as we continue to navigate changes in our work and lives due to the ongoing pandemic. This workshop will provide an overview of mental health in the workplace. Participants will build understanding of their own emotional and physiological cues for stress and anxiety, and will learn ways to help reduce and manage workplace stress. The discussion will also explore the unique challenges of working remotely, as well as practical ways to redefine work/life balance during a time of frequent change and uncertainty.
